  1. And one more thing. To you younger guys, don't assume all V8 made in the 60s and early 70s were huge nasty power plants. In reality, most of what you call muscle cars were equipped with the smallest v8 that you could get. 305, 307, 318, 289, 351w, you know, enough engine to get the car out of its own way. But if you wanted the high performance 302, 427 429 426 Hemi stuff like that, those were relatively rare. You had to special order that stuff. Don't get me wrong, buy 70s and 80s standards they were still strong engines, but not everything back then was a 400 horsepower Beast. That being said, my wife's grandmother Had a Chevy station wagon with a 327 in it. And from what I hear it was the fastest station wagon on the planet!

  2. Okay, I didn't watch the video. But the video is entitled something about cheap muscle cars. And then I see either a 70 or 71 Torino on the thumbnail. A car like that cost something between 50k and 75K. Hardly cheap.

  3. It’s just a shame a lot of muscle cars have massive engines with hardly any HP, I understand they’re old cars with old tech, but look at Ferrari and Jaguar, they were producing cars with around the same HP but with half the engine size.

Can’t deny they sound awesome though 👍🏻 and with a bit of modern tech they’re monsters
